The meeting pointed out that since the start of construction 25 years ago, the production tasks of the group have been heavy, and various departments have overcome difficulties and made every effort to ensure production. The overall production and operation have remained stable, and the completion of major indicators has met expectations, laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual goals. But at the same time, some problems have also been exposed, and safety production, product quality, and equipment operation need to be highly valued.
Meeting requirements
The meeting requires that in the next stage, we should focus on the following aspects of work:
One is to firmly establish the concept of safety production, strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, strengthen the investigation and governance of safety hazards, enhance employee safety education and training, and resolutely prevent safety accidents from occurring.
The second is to strengthen quality management, strictly control the quality of raw materials, optimize production processes, strengthen process control, and ensure stable and reliable product quality.
The third is to strengthen equipment management, do a good job in equipment maintenance and upkeep, timely eliminate potential faults and hazards, and improve equipment operation efficiency.
The fourth is to strengthen departmental collaboration, form a working force, and jointly solve difficulties and problems encountered in the production process.
